About Me

I bring more than 30 years of experience in K–12 education, spanning elementary teaching, school leadership, nonprofit education administration, and district-level educational services. I have served as an elementary teacher, principal, nonprofit Director of Education, and Director of Educational Services.Over the past seven years in district leadership, I have led and supported initiatives involving curriculum and instruction, assessment, multilingual learner services, program design and implementation, compliance and accountability, and special education. I currently teach English Language Development to K–6 multilingual learners, keeping me closely connected to classroom practice and the day-to-day realities of serving students and teachers.This breadth of experience gives me a unique perspective that connects classroom practice, school leadership, district systems, accountability requirements, and the successful implementation of district priorities.I provide experienced, practical leadership for districts that need additional capacity to move important work forward.

Services

Implementation Management

Project leadership for districts that have established a priority but need additional capacity to move the work forward. Support may include planning, coordination, progress monitoring, problem-solving, and evaluation.

Program Design

Support for districts developing or improving educational programs and systems, including program structures, procedures, protocols, workflows, implementation plans, and alignment with district priorities and LCAP goals.

Project & Interim Leadership

Short-term or project-based leadership for districts that need additional capacity without adding a permanent position. Support may include strategic initiatives, special projects, curriculum adoptions, and interim director-level responsibilities.

Compliance & Accountability

Practical support with Federal Program Monitoring preparation and coordination, Williams compliance, English Learner program requirements, documentation, and related accountability initiatives.
